Overview
Raycom's RF970_V2 is a Positioning type Fiber Intrusion Detection System(PFIDS) designed for long distance perimeters. It delivers real-time monitoring and precise positioning capabilities to quickly detect and locate threat behaviors, enabling prompt intervention to prevent illegal activities.
The system adopts a split design, comprising the RF970_V2A alarm host and the RF970_V2B control host. RF970_V2A provides A and B dual channel design, each channel occupies 3 cores of fiber,it allows adaptable laser power settings to suit varied cable lengths, ensuring thorough and continuous security monitoring of fiber optics. RF970_V2B control unit boasts powerful hardware to efficiently run complex algorithms, enabling the RF970 system to promptly detect and locate intrusions.
The RF970_V2 adopts distributed laser interference sensing technology with independent intellectual property rights, brings extremely high detection sensitivity and response speed. Based on the unique real-time polarization state control techniques, it ensures the stability and consistency of positioning accuracy. With multi-core detector synchronous operation technology (Patent pending,Patent No.: 202410042808.X), the system can flexibly set alarm parameters, effectively eliminating environment nuisance alarm.
Furthermore, the RF970_V2 allows automatic learning critical physical and alarm parameters in the field, which effectively simplifies the process of project opening, helping customers monitor and protect assets against illegal incursion in warehouses, airports, military area, border, etc.Feature

*Note:The RF970_V2 had achieved ±1-meter pin point location accuracy in lab tests conducted by a national quality inspection agency using glass bead simulations. However, the pin point location accuracy is around ±5 meters due to diverse environmental and operational factors in practical deployments.
